Hello I am new in the forum but I hope to bring my positive contribute in the next, because I am an active numismatic and coin researcher.

Just a question (in the meanwhile I am looking for catalogue soruces about this coin...): anyone knows a 1873 5F variety with WIFNE instead of WIENER as engraver name?

I have seen variants in 50 cents en 1 francs pieces.

The cause of this "variant" is die pollution.
