Please confirm this is an 1863 – your thoughts. Ed

I owned this coin until I sent it to a guy for conservation with a few others. He said he mailed them back to me – but – I  did not receive them.

Very hard to say, based on these images. If there are examples, they should be in uncirculated condition, since they would be considered pattern strikes. To encounter this coin in circulated condition, is very unlikely.

This coin was in a lot I bought of Belgium copper coins a few years ago.
